9:14pm: Most of us in this industry know about most of the grills and cookers that are available currently. But how many of us really know a lot about Argentinian style cookers? Tonight, first time guest Matt Brothers will join me to discuss his passion for this style of cooking and how this led to his business, Nuke Grills. We will also learn about the cookers and how to best use them.

9:35pm: After Matt, one of the biggest names in the BBQ industry, Tim Mikeska (Mikeska Brands), will join me to talk about a few important topics. First, we will talk about the increase in meat prices and why that has happened. We will also discuss the supply of meat and if you should believe your sales guy when he tells you he is out of something. If time allows, I will also ask Tim about a rumor I have been hearing the last number of weeks. Tim knows a ton about the industry and I am excited to have him back on!
