9:14pm - Continuing to race through July we find ourselves in the 3rd week and our usual visit from the live-fire icon himself, Steven Raichlen. Tonight we will talk about ember roasted corn and other veggies, the best way to eat Maryland crab, get a recap on BBQ University and we will also talk about the need to evolve and adapt to the ever changing social media culture in order to be as viewable as possible!

9:35pm - Following Steven is fast food review expert and Emmy award winning TV writer, Bill Oakley. Bill and I will tackle such topics as "hot dogs", the fleecing of customers in the fast food arena at the "order box" and his recent trip to Las Vegas and what foods won the day during his visit.
