10:14pm - First time guest and pitmaster of Swine Life BBQ, Mark Williams, joins me to kick off the 2nd hour. Mark has grown to become, not only a successful competition cook, but a very successful YouTuber as well. We will get to know Mark a it more and trach his growth within the live-fire industry! We will also talk about a few of his latest recipes that you might want to try out for the 4th of July holiday coming this weekend!

10:35pm - Closing the show tonight is one of the organizers for a BBQ event taking place at the end of July called "Smoke on The Mountain". Jason Baumgardner will tell us all about the BBQ contest and why it is unique. In fact, there may only be one other contest that is like it in the country. You might recall the name of this event from Malcom Reed's most recent segment. He mentioned that he will be competing there because of the cool banjo trophy you get if you win it all!

Side Note: At the top of the 2nd hour I will reveal who is being kicked off the American Idol BBQ Central Show Edition thus setting up the finals between the final 2 participants.
