10:14pm - The Embedded Correspondents join me along with special guest, Jeff Rice of Dead Broke BBQ, to hash out who we think should be inducted into the BBQ Hall of Fame tomorrow. Last year we were WAY off so we look to redeem ourselves tonight before the big announcement tomorrow.

10:35pm - Round 2 of American Idol BBQ Central Show Edition returns as Jon, Jeff, Rusty and myself give our 2nd songs the opportunity to see the light of day, be judged harshly by the esteemed panel of judges (including Doug) and hopefully gain a spot into month 3 of this hotly contested event! Voting will open directly after the show and will run until next Monday at midnight. Send in your rankings from 1-4...top 3 make it to June!
