10:14 - In the 2nd hour we will be joined by the BBQ Central Show Embedded Correspondents. During the first half of the hour we will cover topics to include a review of the soft cured egg yolk that Jess Pryles talked about last week, my new steakhouse challenge to the EC's for 2021, wood or plastic cutting board and why plus more.

Then, in the 2nd part of the hour, season 2 of American Idol BBQ Central Show edition makes its debut! Oh yes, almost one year ago this version of the popular singing show made its first appearance and, since we haven't been threatened by lawsuit to shut it down, we are going for season 2 tonight! However, we have upped the ante! Jeff Rice returns to defend his title against Rusty Monson, Jon Solberg, Doug Scheiding and me! 5 full months of solidly bad singing along with some of the harshest judging you may ever experience as my 3 daughters return to kick us contestants in the teeth!
