10:14pm: If you watch the Food Network on Monday evenings then you have been following Season 8 of the Christmas Baking Championships. I bring this up because one of the contestants is from Cleveland. Jose Marchan, who made it to the final of this season, will join me to talk about his time on the show and if he won or not. If you have been watching, you know the results as the finale was aired last night…but if you don’t, you are in for a treat (pun not intended). Jose will talk to us about his background, how he got into baking and what he is doing now with this burst of fame from the Food Network.

10:35pm: Texas Monthly BBQ Editor and quarterly guest Daniel Vaughn joins me tonight. We will talk about the latest passing of another BBQ Legend in John Mueller. Daniel will tell us the place that John had in bringing Texas BBQ to where it is today, the struggles he had and how many considered him to be both a rebel and a genius at the same time. If you don’t know anything about john, we will change that during our time tonight.
