(December 14, 2021 – Hour Two)

10:14pm: The unofficial (official) band of the BBQ Central show’s lead singer, Jose Urquiza from 3 Years Hollow, joins the show after a 10 year lay-off! Tonight Jose and I will talk about what the band has endured from 2010-2015 and then look back at the past 5 years. How does the band look since 2010, what challenges have they faced and overcome, does Jose have any famous friends and I will ask him what advice he gives to kids looking to break into the music business today! 10:35pm: Closing the show tonight is someone who has brought me a ton of joy over the past 20 years…my oldest daughter, Bobbi Rempe. As I mentioned last Tuesday, Bobbi is going in for another big hip surgery today (which is why the show is pre-recorded…BUT NEW) and we sat down over the weekend and talked about the 2021 volleyball season at Seton Hill and then we talked about what she expects from this surgery and her associated recovery. It is pretty crazy to hear what she is in for (again) almost 2 years removed from the same thing being done to the right hip.
