(November 2, 2021 - Hour Two)

10:14pm: The first Tuesday of the month in the 2nd hour brings a visit from one of the biggest YouTube (and TV) personalities around, Sam the Cooking Guy. Sam and I will talk bout his recent video utilizing the Pit Barrel Cooker (Al Pastor). I will ask Sam about his thoughts on the cooker and what else he likes to cook on it. We will also cover some turkey tips and see what he has planned for the holiday.

10:35pm - Closing the show tonight is the 2021 Jack Daniels BBQ Grand Champion, Brad Leighninger from Gettin' Basted. Brad and I will recap the big weekend and what the win means to him and we will also talk about the 2021 season and how he plans to close it out. He is currently leading the Team of the Year points race in KCBS and on track to win the title 2 years in a row and 3 times in the past 4 years.
