9:14pm: Steven Raichlen, BBQ Hall of Fame'er and BBQ Central Show Guest Hall of Fame'er and creator of Barbecue Bible, joins me for his regular monthly segment. Tonight we will discuss the beginnings of his 2022 Project Fire taping that will take place in St. Louis! While the majority of his past TV shows have typically remained in one area during their lifespan, Project Fire has moved along the country at least 3 times now. We will talk to Steven about the move and if this is something that will continue as the show moves ahead into future years.
