(September 14, 2021 - Hour one)

10:14pm: Owner of Big Poppa Smokers and pitmaster of the same team name, Sterling Ball, joins me. The 2nd hour will be ripe with American Royal build up as that takes place this coming weekend. Sterling won the event in 2012 and we will do a look back and see where his appreciation has grown 9 years later. Of course, I will ask Sterling about where the state of competition BBQ is and what might need to be tweaked and what is good as is. We will also talk about Big Poppa Smokers online store and what's new there as well.

10:35pm - Closing it out tonight is the manager of the World Series of BBQ, Emily Park. Emily will give us the last minute updates about the event this weekend and where to total team count sits for both the Invitational and the Open side t this time. She will also let us know about any special things going on that spectators might want to take in if they are heading in to town for the big event!
