Welcome to May! We continue to press through the current state of affairs as a public and we watch as the country begins to reopen. Since it is the first of the month, I will be joined by Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right. Tonight we will discuss what has been going on since last month and, of course, we will go over some of his most recent recipes. We will also talk about what he is looking forward to the most once we are fully released as a public...whenever that might be.

After Malcom, one of THEE most successful competition pitmasters and BBQ business owners, Darren Warth from Smokey D's, joins me! It has been a while since Darren was on last so I thought it would be cool to take a look back at how Darren got started in both the restaurant business and in competition. Competitions are out for the foreseeable future , so we know what's going on there, but I will also ask him about how the restaurants are running during this time.
