Everyone’s favorite guest (I’m generalizing here) Meathead Goldwyn stops by for his monthly visit. Tonight we will recover the “Bone in The Meat” information we hit a number of months ago. I have been in a few high-level restaurants the past few months, and each time the server tells me about how the bone is adding “this or that” to the flavor. Time to get the facts straight!
