9:14pm - New Year and New Shows are finally here! Leading off the show and they year is our pal Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right. If you recall, the last time Malcom was on the show, he was telling us how he was getting ready to go on a "bison hunt" in North Dakota! The trip has taken place and the recap begins tonight. Everything you ever wanted to know about hunting a bison, shipping a bison and maybe even what some cuts are tasting like will be asked. This year, Memphis In May has been doing more of the noise making. Kevin Grothe joins me to talk about the 2025 version of the MIM event and what you can expect to see this year from both a team and spectator perspective. We will also talk about how things ended at Tom Lee Park a few years ago and how they plan to forge ahead using Liberty Park as the base camp for this world famous BBQ competition.
