10:14pm - Leading off the 2nd hour is our new friend and sandwich making and rating expert, Barry Enderwick from "The Sandwiches of History" fame. Last time Barry was on, we talked about how he got into this whole sandwich making thing and how it has really caught on through his IG channel. Tonight we talk about some of his favorite sandos (and not so favorite sandos) since the last time we talked. He conducted experiments to show EXACTLY what is really happening when you rest those steaks or when you don't rest those steaks. Is there a difference? What do you do?
