9:14pm - Welcome to February and welcome back to Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right and Killer Hogs competition team. Tonight we will re-visit a topic from about 4 years ago. Back in 2020, Malcom was in the middle of getting a new competition trailer built to better accommodate their needs at that time. Through a listener request, I will ask Malcom to rate the overall experience now that there are years behind us, how the trailer has worked out, what changes he would make to it in 2024 if he was ordering a new one and much more. We will also get into some Super Bowl recipes for this coming weekend, who he likes in the game and if he's given any more thought on what BBQ event to do in May as the days draw closer!
