Taking you back to - 10/4/2016 -  this time around, we feature Darren Warth from Iowa Smokey D’s (and host of the Cue the mic podcast). Back in 2016, Darren and Sherry won the Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour overall title (6th year in existence at that time)… we talked about the win, where it ranked amongst their other titles and we also talked about the scoring that happened at that event…Daren won with a 712…which was huge…Lucky’s Q had a 704 in RGC…You’ll hear in the interview that the 6th place finisher (Sterling Ball) would have WON any other BBQ competition that weekend…but his score was only good enough for 6th…WOW!
