I Ate Only One Meal A Day for 2 Weeks #001

I decided to try the OMAD style of eating for one month and share my experience with you. The OMAD diet is basically fasting for 23 hours a day and eating your one meal in that hour.  I ended up only doing it for 2 weeks for the reasons I talk about in th
