Julie Potiker helps others through mindful meditation at her practice in La Jolla, California and also at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center where she founded the Balanced Mind Meditation Center (also in La Jolla, CA). Julie is a graduate of the Mindful Self-Compassion course at U.C. San Diego, is trained to teach the curriculum and has completed over a dozen courses in this field. She’s participated in meditation retreats from various disciplines – Judaic to Tibetan.
