Ladies its a New Year and a New You!!!! This show is for you ladies over 40yrs!!! Join TV Journalist Victoria Gaither as she talks with a fitness expert Debi Tibblez about what women over 40 can do to get back on track with fitness and health. This is part one of a three part series to come thoughout January. Debi is a regular contributor to the show and she has been on at least a dozen times to talk about different topics but health and execrise seems to be her passion. She teaches classes in the midwest and promotes health especially for women. She has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 20years, so Debi brings alot of experience and information to the show tonight.
