I really felt like have an OBE this morning, and kept trying each time I woke up, but nothing, then I woke up an hour before the time I usually get up and thought well it’s now or that’s it until tomorrow night. I repeated ‘Now I’m out-of-body’ a few times, and went back to sleep. I started dreaming.

I am out for a walk and I bump into someone I know, a young man, though when I wake up I’m not sure who this person is, however the feeling in the dream that I knew him was very strong. Maybe in this life I know him with a different appearance. Anyway, we are chatting and I start telling him of some new paths I have been taking since the start of 2020 due to the situation in the world, but he seems distracted, there are two dogs playing and he is looking at them. We chat a little more then I have to go and I start running very fast indeed along a road called ‘Viale Monsignor Secondo Bologna’ it’s a road near where I live.

I am running extremely fast and I think to myself, ‘Wow, I can’t usually run this fast’ then I realise I am dreaming, fantastic so I think ‘Off to the astral then’ and I shoot up in the air, the dream disappears and I am flying in darkness, I am flying so fast it is exhilarating, it is dark but not so dark that you can’t see, there are a few stars. There is someone underneath me, who I feel is a childhood friend who I am no longer in touch with, I don’t feel as if I am carrying him but in some way he is connected to me. We don’t speak. I say ‘take me to God’ (by God I mean the All, the Source, the Creator, the great I Am) then I realise that I really must stop saying that, as God is inside not a place to be taken, we are already in God. Then I focus inside to connect to the great ‘I Am’. I see a golden sphere of energy, the energy is moving, it is as if I am seeing my heart centre, it is like a golden flame, so beautiful.

Then I wake up.

Maybe the the young man in the dream is the same one who i was flying with, my childhood friend, maybe something has happened to him in the physical or maybe he was simply thinking of me, who knows I have no contact with him so I doubt if I will know, at least in this lifetime.

If there was music in the background of this experience it would have been ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ by Queen or ‘Unstoppable’ by Sia.

The golden flame of energy was beautiful, we all have this in our hearts it is through this golden flame that lies our connection with the Divine.
