The term buying funnel refers to the stages that a customer moves through when researching a purchase and finally purchasing a particular product or service. You can consider it as a metaphor for the process your prospect goes through from the initial awareness of your product/service, all the way through the actual point of contact and final purchase. The marketing bridge connects all of your messaging and then connects that to your customer experience.
