I’m back in the recording studio with a brief ramble about some medical testing that I had recently. Taking a vacation from the internet?!
And a product review of the Feeven Desktop Mic Stand with Cell Phone Desk Holder and Microphone Pop Filter.
What I like about this product:

* It’s easy to put together.
* Clamps onto a table or desk easily and quickly.
* Holds a standard size microphone.
* Holds your cell phone with a secure clamp.
* Comes with a small pop filter.
* The prize is affordable ($13).
* Everything is adjustable.

What I don’t like about this product:

* The instructions are not in English. The instructions were not very specific either.
* Seems kind of cheap, but it is great for what it is indented for.

This product may seem on the cheap side but I think it works great for what it is intended for and should stay together long enough for someone to upgrade to a more expensive or durable setup. This is great for someone who is just starting out with podcasting and using their smart phone to record. I would recommend this to any of my friends who are just starting out in podcasting.
