In 2003, parents were shocked and horrified to learn that their once 'safe city' of Toronto, wasn't so safe anymore. The murder of 10 year old Holly Jones terrified parents and called for many to re-evaluate how Ontario was keeping their children safe.
Even to this day, Holly's story remains one of the most disturbing that the city has ever seen.
