Mike Dig Dug recently flew from Seattle to DC to participate in the first ever GORUCK Star Course. He completed that event with his F3 Nation team and came out fairly unscathed. In this interview we talk about what Mike did to train for the event and what he did to keep his mind right while he suffered through 55 miles of rucking.
