Psychotherapist and Author Robert Levithan Joins the Aged to Perfection Podcast
Join me as I welcome Robert Levithan to the Aged to Perfection podcast. I had the pleasure recently of running his column, Outliving Ourselves: Long-Term Survivors of AIDS Come Together, here at lgbtSr and was delighted to have a chance to speak with him.
Robert has been characterized as “a twenty-first-century Renaissance man.” Presently a psychotherapist in private practice in New York City, he also facilitates groups at Friends In Deed—The Crisis Center for Life Threatening Illness—where he was Co-Chair of the Board for seven years. He also leads workshops nationally. He’s is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and other popular sites. He’s written columns for Oprah at Home as The Design Shrink and for OUT.com. His column for The Advocate and The Good Men Project Magazine, The New 60, has been collected into a noted book: The New 60: Outliving Yourself and Reinventing a Future.
