151 - How to Exercise More Compassion
The current landscape of the world is one of hurt, and of hate, and of heartbreak; this can be difficult to unpack and can make exercising compassion especially tricky. While compassion may not always be easy, this is an opportunity to have a sensitivity to the suffering that exists, while working to try and alleviate that suffering in whatever capacity makes sense for you. This week I am offering 3 tips to do just that.
