Jim shares his insights as Athletic Director on what it takes to be a college student athlete with integrity.

The Nigel Report, interviews Dr. Roger Landry about health and fitness as well as cold and flu season. We end the show giving away the Caught In The Act award for character on campus at Twin Lakes.
