Chris Hood is a Customer Experience Expert, Ex-Head of Business Innovation and Strategy at Google and author of the book Customer Transformation. 


His education includes BSc. in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in Business Administration & Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has 35 years of experience in business development and digital strategy has involved roles at The Walt Disney Company, Electronic Arts, Universal Music Group, Fox Broadcasting Company and Google.
