Relationships Should Be Personal! We hear the statement “Don’t Take It Personally” when our lives are personal. In our relationships, everything should be “personal.” when we get disrespected. It is personal. If we are fired from a job, it affects us personally. So, instead of using that phase, we need to take the time to explain why we are doing what we are doing.
