Day Two – ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament

March 12, 2020

Will Ojanen @WillsWorldMN - (Podcast)

Perhaps the biggest surprises in basketball didn't come on the court in day two. Schools, conferences and the NCAA began adjusting to a new normal prompted by the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic. I recorded this podcast late last night so there is a high likelihood of more changes in this fast-moving story.

Let's jump right into my review of the games in round two of the ACC Men's Basketball Tournament. Here's a look at the final scores -

* Clemson 69 Miami 64* NC State 73 Pitt 58* Notre Dame 80 Boston College 58* Syracuse 81 North Carolina 53

Though, according to the ACC website, that score for the final game on the list was in an alternate universe. Must have been a North Carolina intern/grad entering the numbers.

What's on today's schedule? Will there be a schedule? *Editor's Note: Commissioner John Swofford confirmed play of games earlier this morning.

I take a look at the upcoming games and share my picks for Thursday's action at the ACC Men's Basketball Tournament.

Day Three

* Clemson - Florida State* NC State - Duke* Notre Dame - Virginia* Syracuse - Louisville

The talk of the town (at least in Raleigh) has been, will the Wolfpack make it to the NCAA Tournament? A win against Duke would surely get them past the 'Last Four In' category but the big question still remains. Will there be an NCAA Tournament?

We'll wait it out like everyone else and share that with you on Twitter @accnation as soon as we hear.
