Will my investment bring me more business?
No matter where you are in your podcasting and business journey, a professional podcast is an asset. With proper planning and execution, you can demonstrate business value and keep your listeners coming back for more.
Where do I upload my audio?
We’ll provide you with a detailed video with easy-to-follow steps to manage your recordings in a dedicated Dropbox folder.
What other tech do I need to have in place?
Good recording equipment is a must, along with instruction on proper mic technique. We’ll help you decide what equipment you need and advise you on proper usage.
What happens if I want to leave?
Your service term is 12 months including your initial launch/relaunch month. If you want to cancel before your 12-month term is complete, you’ll be responsible to pay three months’ service fees.
What if I’m stuck during production?
Holla on Slack! This is by far the fastest way to get a response. We fully appreciate the need to ‘just talk to a person’. To that end, you can always contact us on our toll free number. If we’re not available immediately, we’ll be happy to schedule a call (Zoom/Skype) if you’d prefer.
What happens during the holidays?
We all chill. We take two breaks in the course of a year – 2 weeks in July and 2 weeks in December. We will start reminding you about these breaks so you can upload the content you want to publish during these times in advance. We will pre-produce those episodes, so your listeners never have to be without you. Another option is to select an encore episode from your back catalog. No dead air for you!
What happens if I miss an upload deadline?
The team assigned to your account has scheduled production time specifically to work on your show. In this situation, you’ll have three choices:
- Skip a week
- Choose to rerun a previous episode
- Incur an additional rush fee (if time allows)
I’m launching or reviving my show. How long will the process take?
It takes up to six weeks of planning and pre-production to launch a new podcast show; we’ll help you along the way. If you follow our step-by-step process, your show will go live six weeks from the time you’re set up with us.
I’m transferring my show assets over to Pro-Production. How long will the migration take?
Once the contract has been signed, your team will get to work immediately setting up your Slack Channel, Dropbox folders, and Production Calendar. Then you’ll need to move your show assets (album art, intro/outro/ads, etc.… to their folders in Dropbox) and provide all login details so we can load your finished show. If everything is in order, you can expect your new team to take over production and your first show to be published within two weeks.
Can you help me re-purpose my podcast content?
All production packages include professionally written show-notes. These can be published on your website and social media channels. If you’d like us to take care of any wider marketing needs and repurposing, please let us know. Learn more about show notes here
What if my podcast isn’t in English?
We are currently able to assist with podcast production in English and Spanish. We are also close to being able to offer German, French and Swedish production services. US and UK English show notes are available. Please get in touch to find out more.
Can you help me improve my show?

Absolutely. While some podcasts deserve to be revived, you might feel it’s time to start fresh with a new theme and new positioning. We’ll review the pros and cons of each with you and help you decide. Please get in touch before placing your order.
What exactly will you do that I no longer have to worry about?
We will:
- Master & level to industry standards (all voices and sounds are balanced and easy to listen to)
- Clean the sound (any unpleasant background noises like fans and hisses are removed)
- Edit your audio (um & ah removal)
- Edit your content (overall editing makes your show coherent and free from lost trains of thought)
- Assemble (adhere to your format with all elements of your show)
- Upload to all known podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, iHeart, Spotify, Google…)
- Write your show notes (SEO gold gets you indexed everywhere you need to be seen)
- Manage your catalog and production calendar (track your show’s production process at a glance)
- Produce 8 professionally produced commercials a year with music and voiceover. You can sell these to sponsors or or can be used for your own service or product offerings.
