Performance Anxiety

Lucy Kruger (Medicine Boy, Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys)

September 23, 2020

In this episode, we welcome Lucy Kruger of Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys and Medicine Boy into the Performance Anxiety family. Lucy tells us about growing up and becoming a musician in South Africa and why she and bandmate Andre Leo moved to Berlin. She talks about how her music has changed over the years and what she’s been doing during the never-ending pandemic. But what is incredible is that her music is reflected in the album art and videos for the music. It’s all one, cohesive experience.
On a personal note, there’s something about Lucy’s voice and her music that grabs me. It doesn’t matter what band or project it is. It’s the only time I want my heart broken. So, thank you Lucy. Thank you for being on the show. And thank you for your music. Follow her @lucy_kruger on Instagram. Follow us @PerformanceAnx.
