In this episode of Wild Rivers Film Radio, hosts Kat Liddell and Bev Juday discuss what will be fresh and new at the Wild Rivers Film Festival in 2024 — including a new Summer Filmmaking Workshop, slated to launch in July for local youth!

Kat also sits down for an interview with local resident Mike Vest, who has a background in 1980s animated film production. In addition to his background in animation, Vest recently took a new class from Southwestern Oregon Community College on early classic films, and is eager to share his experiences with the local community!

Later, Wild Rivers Film Festival Director Dan Springen reviews the film Art Thief, which recently screened at the Redwood Theater in Brookings on 5/27 as part of the Festival’s special Spring pre-screening events.
