Angela and AEthergis sneak out of the house and climb up Mt. Shavano, where they slip and fall into the deep crystalline caves. Meanwhile, back in Crestone, as Grama Gaw Gaw talks on the phone with Wisteria (who is worried sick about Angela) she watches a TV report about local hippies who saw an alien cat coming out of a huge UFO. As Pop God loses control, Mother AEthondra takes over.
