Lindsey Bryan is Health and Wellness Manager at the St. Christopher Fund. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Brenau University and has spent the last decade in health and wellness fields, including addiction counseling, social work, inpatient psychiatric rehab, and nutrition counseling. Lindsey found her passion in health coaching after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and discovering the impact of nutrition and exercise on chronic health conditions. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, crafting, baking, and spending time with her family and three dogs.
