Last week, OTA secured an agreement from the Governor to include language in the Special Session transportation bill that will modernize Oregon’s system of taxing trucking.

Next week, lawmakers kick off the Special Session on August 29th — with hopes to wrap before Labor Day, pending Republican cooperation.
