That lawsuit ended in a settlement, including a repeal of the Advanced Clean Fleets rules, proving that even a “little red state trucking association” can make a big impact.

He has led political campaigns, served as a Reserve Police Officer for over two decades, and is also a licensed pastor and certified chaplain.
