Lauren is a multifaceted professional. She went to Sam Houston State University where she earned her health bachelor's. Lauren is now getting into holistic healing as a Reiki Practitioner hoping to be a Master by the end of this year.

In addition to her pursuits in health, Lauren co-owns Pump’s Precision Rifle Training FFL with Chase, where she contributes to the business’s operations and outreach. She also serves on the board of the Mend the Heart Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to community service.
