A Study in Crime
3. This Guardianship is Killing Me
When it comes to guardianships, you've heard the stories of abuse, over-medicating, theft, and embezzlement. The names Amanda Bynes, Casey Kasem, Brian Wilson, and Britney Spears come to mind. But the real problem in this domestic disaster is the unethical, immoral, and often illegal methods of attorneys, psychiatrists, medical doctors, and the courts. Some view guardianships as nothing more than a perpetual cash cow. A Study in Crime speaks with award-winning investigative journalist and author Diane Dimond.
