- Ownership: Write three things you want to improve on
- Mindfulness: Take three deep breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth)
- Movement: Commit to moving at least 10 minutes today
- Boundaries: Pick one thing to say "No" to this weekend
- Connection: Call someone you love or haven't spoken to in a while
- Sleep: Practice good sleep hygiene one night this weekend
- Faith: Give thanks to something bigger than you and get out into nature
