Jonathan and his team played a central role in securing a significant legal win when the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals vacated a federal injunction against Senate Bill 12. This is the Texas law designed to protect children from exposure to drag shows and “hyper sexualized performances.”

This ruling allows SB 12 to move forward, and it marks a meaningful step in the effort to safeguard children from inappropriate performances that have no place in front of kids.
