3. Check with sales leadership for any revised sales goals for the second half of the year.
4. Work backward from your new sales goal using conversion metrics to determine appointment targets.
5. Break that down into a clear daily appointment goal.
6. Share your goals with your leader for accountability.
7. Celebrate your wins as you hit those goals.
