We had to get a little serious on this episode of BTFD. Rhea has been doing many open houses and talking to several buyers who are moving from out of state to Wyoming. She heard stories about why and what is happening in our neighboring states. So she did a little research and what she discovered is shocking and concerning. Especially as we find ourselves in a housing shortage, we begin to discuss the effects on Wyoming.
