All to often we put ourselves in a the place of judgement. Weighing the decision and actions of others, as if everything that we do is flawless. What we fail to understand is that God knows everything and most times uses our mistakes to teach and grow us in the direct that He needs. So who am I judging you? You do not know what God is growing in the person sitting next to you, or how He plans use mistakes to get that person faster to the place of all is well. By the way we all fall short, and you can use a little improvement in your own lane. Don't judge just love, even if you have to do it from afar.
