Sunday was Christ the King (or Reign of Christ) Sunday. It was the last Sunday of the church calendar year.

People expect a king to have power. But Jesus had no power on the cross. What we saw was faithfulness. Jesus\' faithfulness released God\'s power. We are saved by his faithfulness.
