Wild, wonderful, West Virginia. Maybe they could throw in ‘weird’. There have been some strange things reported to have happened in different parts of the state back in the 1950s and 60s. Both created nationwide and even global attention for the tiny towns, with tourists and lookey-loos descending like locusts. Were these hoaxes perpetrated to attract the gullible with pockets full of cash and make a quick buck? Or were these true reports of other-worldly or extraterrestrial creatures?
