We cannot create enduring success if we are not committing to agreements with one another.  

We make two-way agreements—formal or informal—when we care about something or someone, and the desired outcome depends on our actions AND the actions of someone else. 

The problem is . . . too often people think they’ve made an agreement but what they have really made are assumptions.  

Assumptions kill outcomes, intentions, projects and relationships.   

Construct a two-way agreement such that both parties can commit.
