On this episode of Cracking the Code Ryan has on special guest Sam Mitchell. Sam is a young man living with autism. He established Autism Rocks and Rolls in October of 2019 at just 20 years old. It began with a simple interest in media when he was a junior in high school. This interest in media led him to become an entrepreneur by creating his own Non-profit and podcast, Autism Rocks and Rolls Corporation.

During the episode, Ryan shares his connection with Autism as his 4-year-old daughter has autism. He talks about finding out that his daughter had autism and the worries he had. After his daughter was born those worries faded away as she became one of the biggest blessings in his life. They also go into greater detail about Sam's mission to take away the stigma of autism and other conditions that many think are disabilities. He wants to prove that he is not broken and does not need to be fixed.
