On this episode of Cracking the Code, Ryan has on his good friend and former NFL player Colin Branch. Branch played college football at Stanford. As a senior in 2002, he was named Honorable Mention All-Pac-10 after compiling 69 tackles. He went on to play in the National Football League in 2003. During this episode, Colin discusses his NFL career and the journey to getting to the pros. He also talks about life after football and the struggles professional athletes go through when stepping away from the sport they dedicated their lives too. He also talks about reaching the flow state where everything begins to fall into place and former athletes find their purpose outside of sports. Colin now works in insurance and coaches his son's football team.
