My guest today is Mike Nielsen. Mike and I go back many, many decades. We went to college together at Drake University, and we have remained friends ever since.

So we've been in and out of each other's lives during the past 40 plus years. And Mike, after college, had a very distinguished career in the military. He was in the army, and he did that for 20 years in active duty, and he retired as a major in the army, and then he decided to get into real estate.
